I bought a new computer from Dell it came with 6 months of free AOL. I don't like the service so I never activated it. You can imagine how surprised I was when they began to charge me for the service. They had used the information from an old account I had with them a couple of years ago. After arguing with them an several threats of filling charges for fraud and interstate bank theft. They assured me it was all a mistake and the account would be immediately canceled and my money refunded to my back account within 7-10 days. If it isn't I fully intend on filling charges with my state Attorney Generals Office for interstate fraud and theft. More people should do the same and make these clowns accountable for their actions. If this is how they intend on making their money they should be shut down.
