Hi, just would like to tell everyone that as a consumer -- the store workers should be respectful and polite toward their customers. I came to their store to find one particular item that I needed, so I decided to come there instead of Home Deport which is a few blocks down. Well, just to make it short, I approched to this woman known as Karen. I asked her in detail about this particular item that I'm looking for. I'm not sure whats the name to be exact, so I immediately described the item and told her that its a metal stripe coiled with holes on them and used for plumming. All the sudden, she said she don't understand what I'm saying. I described three times and I decided to go another sales person, and then sudden a voice in background coming from her, " You need to speak english." That instant, I was pretty pissed off. I asked for the manager and she told me that there's no manager. In my mind, this lady Karen is full of BS! You know, I'm a college grad here. I don't want to escalate this ordeal, I just walk to another sales person and knew what I'm talking about. Complaining about this Karen: Working in public especially Hardware store that she need respect everyone including someone who described three times and she doesn't understand me. And, the thing is the she kept thinking the I need a "Plastic" item that I specifically told her about the a "metal" coiled with holes... I just tired of this and thats why complaining this.
