Lululemon Clothing and Return Policy

Lululemon Clothing and Return Policy I have a complaint directed towards the Lululemon store in the Rideau Centre in Ottawa Ontario. My 17 year old daughter purchased for almost $100.00 a pair of Yoga pants. After one wearing, the sewing started to unravel. When she returned with the pants and the tags, they refused to exchange them for a new pair. Instead they have shipped them off to be sewn back together. I think my daughter has been taken advantage of. She works very hard for her money and has been totally ripped off. A pair of pants that comes apart after one day is either faulty, or or extremely poor quality. And they need to be replaced not fixed. As a result, I have to drive 3 hours (we live in Brockville) to go and pick up these pants because Lululemmon would not do the 'right' thing. What amazes me is that they claim they are a Yogic spiritual enterprise, often chanting the word "Namaste" on their voice mail. Which I might add, my phone messages have not been returned. Lululemmon is an embarrassment to theYoga community and I will never buy anything from them again. They don't have to. The should do a flat out exchange and take the other pair back to fix or do what they will with. Just the same as any other store. Sounds like a crock of bs to me and makes me not want to buy from them. It is apart of their culture to promote sustainability - their boxes are recyclable made from recycled materials and their bags are made from recucled materials made to be re-used.
