Pls confirm about the repair estimation cost by return mail. In case repair not requires, pls inform within 3 days so that we can return the handset back in same condition. with warm regards N. Dear Mr. Ravikanth, The hand set Philips 355 given for level 3 repairing is not yet ready with your service centre even after 22 days. The promise delivery date mentioned in receipt no 47195 dated 19/08/06 as 10th sept'06, which falls Sunday. While enquiring to your service centre on 11th sept'06, your representative replies the set is not yet received from Delhi. It shows the callousness attitude towards the customer. Request you to arrange for the hand set without further delay.
