With respect to your below complaint, our

service centre in delhi confirmed that main pcb to be replaced and the

cost of the main pcb will be around Rs. 4000. Pls confirm about the

repair estimation cost by return mail.


In case repair not requires, pls inform within 3 days so that we can

return the handset back in same condition.

Dear Mr. Ravikanth,


The hand set Philips 355 given for level 3 repairing is not yet ready with

your service centre even after 22 days. The promise delivery date mentioned

in receipt no 47195 dated 19/08/06 as 10th sept'06, which falls Sunday.


While enquiring to your service centre on 11th sept'06, your representative

replies the set is not yet received from Delhi. It shows the callousness

attitude towards the customer.


Request you to arrange for the hand set without further delay.

Bangalore vide voucher no 47195 dt 19/08/06.


Since I am staying at Hosur, (it is around 40 K.M from bangalore) request

you to confirm the status, so that I can go to your service centre and

collect the hand set. Please arrange for the same at the earliest.

Dear Madam,


Thanks for your reply. You have reffered the mail to Indore branch and

Indore branch has asked you to forward the mail to Mr. Ravikant of

Bangalore. This corrospondence may take another 15 days.


Request you to take up the matter with your Delhi service centre, as

Bangalore service centre has forwarded the handset to Delhi Office for 3rd

level check up.


Since 15 days I am facing lot of difficulties without Mobile phone and It

is

difficult to pass another 20 days without mobile. Hope you understand the

situation.


Alternatively request you to ask your Bangalore Branch to provide a hand

set

till the rectification of my hand set.

I am facing problem with the above handset from 15 days. I have taken the

hand set to your Indore service centre and they said they are not compenent

to repair this hand set, they have to sand the set to delhi which may take

one month.


Since I was coming to bangalore I carried the hand set & taken to your

service centre RMS technologies pvt ltd phone no 41307101 and they have

said

they are not competent to repair at B'lore & they have to send the set to

Delhi and will take 20 days.


I was surprised to hear from them. Company like philips can'not have the

fecilities to repair their own product in metro city.


I have to without mobile for 20 days.


Request you to arrange for immediate repair.


The repair vouched no 47195 dt 19/8/06
