Chase Credit Card Call Center - Out-sourced to????

I am being harassed by Chase for a payment that is only 5 days late! My husband gets paid on the same day as the payment is due. We send our payment out the day his check is deposited and it is always 5 days late. I thought there was a grace period for due dates, and even if there's not, why harass someone over a payment that is only 5 days late? I called and had them change my due date so this wouldn't happen any more, and I am still being harassed! I got SIX calls from them in one night. I got THREE calls tonight after I already changed my payment due date, and the payment due date isn't even until 9/22 - the payment IS NOT LATE AND I AM BEING HARASSED! I want it to stop and I want it made known that CHASE HARASSES people!
