Lane I would like to put in this letter to advise other individuals that this company took two months to remove me from there free sample mailing list and I never got a copy of my credit report. When I called the first time the charge showed up in July they said that I needed to go on line to take care of it by cancelling there, When I tried to go on line there was no place to cancel. Then in August they charge me again but told me that they would not charge me in September. My credit card company took it in dispute but told me that they had already filed for September. I called their 1-800 number and they said that they had cancelled me for september but would not be able to do anything about July and August. Please advise your customers that this company provides no service that I can see.
