Consumer Complaint

I would like to submit a complaint about a pug breeder in East

Brunswick, NJ. Her name is Roseann Flagiello and her website is

www.tehyapugs.com.

We have been dealing with her since June 2006, when we paid our

deposit for one of her puppies to be born in the future. Since she

took our $200, things have been all downhill. Her communication skills

are terrible and she tries to take advantage of everyone. She has told

us a million conflicting things regarding when we could meet our

puppy. She had us drive all the way from D.C. to NJ, telling us we

could chose and meet our puppy, only to tell us when we got there that

they were too young. She has also allowed her friends in her house,

smoking and handling the puppies to the point where they were sick for

a whole week. She has an Internet forum, www.pugnaround.com, where she

makes herself seem like she is the most dedicated pug breeder in the

world. On this message board of hers, she posted mean things about me,

with the intent to lead us to no longer want to work with her. And

what do you know - when we finally cannot take it anymore, she will

not refund our $200.

I just want others to know what a nightmare she has been to deal with.

People should feel free to contact me via email if they are ever

considering working with her. I'm sure many or most of her puppies are

healthy and happy, but her lack of customer service skills and decency

have caused us quite a great deal of heartbreak.

She ripped my aunt off $1500 6/2010 now her phone is off. This woman has told us once all the puppies are sold she will refund the money, well according to her site www.toystorypugs.com she has sold 2 litters as of 12/11/2010..

The woman is a CROOK
