I keep getting dead birds on my front porch.I called the City Of Memphis Humane Society and they told me not to discard the dead bird.I have a toddler thats has to play on that front porch.I called Dead Animal Pick Up line and someone told me that they do not deal with dead birds.Now I have one question if that bird has a disease and I have to move it and get in contact with it what would they tell the next person.
