Dear Cellular One Complaint Department,


I am writing to you again today because I have not heard back from you yet regarding the complaint I lodged last week.

I hope to hear from you within the next couple of days. I cannot afford the fees you charge for discontinuing the service from Cellular One. I cannot afford the phone anymore and it never did work! Please respond.
