Mail sorting/distribution.

I just received my Telus Communications invoice with a note on the back reading:

"Jennifer - this is at least the 3rd time your mail has been sent to us. I wonder if you're getting ours?"

Eric + Sian #307 - 2770 Burrard Street.

How the sorter/distributor can screw up at least 3 times with one bill, is beyond me. It's not even the same street. The only thing we have in common is our apt. #'s.

My address is #307- 2775 PINE Street, which is correctly indicated on the front of the envelope, NOT 307- 2770 BURRARD.

How many other bills or mail has gone astray? You obviously have someone who is not detail oriented or doesn't give a damn.

Please rectify this situation immediately. Thanks
