Joann's Fabric on 14th St and also Joann's Fabric on University in Des Moines, Iowa

I shop a lot at Joann's fabric store and this happens frequently. Last night I went to the store on 14th St to buy several things one being A Rowenta full size iron regularly 49.99 advertised for $20.00 off which would make it $29.99 and of course they did not have one. Well today I call the Joann's on University to see if they have one before I drive over there and they tell me they have none as well and that a lot of times there are things advertised that they never have. I live out in the country and it is a long drive for me to go to either of these stores and then they never have the advertised items when the sale has just begun. I asked if I could get a rain check and was told NO they would not probably get any in and they did not give rain checks.

Will you please tell me how I am to buy your advertised Rowenta full size iron regularly 49.99 on sale for 29.99?

Thank you for your attention to this matter as it is getting very frustrating since it seems to happen often.
