Sprint PCS calling computer

Sprint PCS - customer service issue.

I am NOT a Sprint PCS customer. However, I am getting calls every few days from the Sprint PCS computer about a bill for Juan Carlos. These calls are on my business phone - landline not cell.

There is no way to talk to a human, they want me to enter the phone number and zip code - which I do not have.

I tried calling Sprint PCS and they were totally unresponsive. They can't look up anything without the phone number. They said that their billing calls are outsourced to another company so I would have to contact them, but they can't give me the information on who that is.

I have the local TV station consumer help line trying to solve it. They are not having much luck either.

I will NEVER be a SPRINT PCS customer now.
