NTB Tires in San Antonio

I have tried three times to get a new tire, one of a set of four that I purchased a month ago, checked for a slow leak. I have been told that I either have to drop the car off on there will be a two hour wait. Even tried to make an appointment and was told it still could be a two hour wait depending on how many cars were in front of me. The manager and his manager were no help. They seem to be trying very hard to run customers off. I will NOT purchase tires from NTB again, their customer service is non existent.
