We had nothing but a bad experience since day one. The customer service is

lacking world class service. The sales people should be more informative

then they are, meaning if you have someone come to your showroom and is new

to the in ground pool industry they really should inform the customers more.

Give them as much information as possible since the customer might not know

the questions to ask.

Example, we came in and we were sold the Royal Package, the Ibex system, the

2" PVC piping but than when they came to put in the pool and the PVC piping

we only had 2" to the filter and the rest was all 1.5"- very misleading.

We were expecting 2" to be all through the pool not just by the filter.

Backfill is my big problem right now since we originally were back filled on

10/5/06 to which the excavators did not even finish since there was not

enough fill. Our fill was suppose to go to location to which was 10 minutes

away and my husband went to show the driver where to dump. The excavators

chose not to go our location and delivered our fill elsewhere-Why? So you

can charge us again for backfill-come one-you are ripping off your

customers.

I had to wait 3 weeks to get the rest of the back fill and to find out still

not enough-Why again, I ask? Did they miscalculate? Do not tell me that I

will need to wait another 3 weeks when I have my appointment with

Jerseyfinest on 11/1/06.

Also, when the excavators came to spread, the 3-week wait of fill, on

10/27/06 they were not very good in cleaning up after themselves. Dirt was

on the sidewalk and on the street and a coffee cup on the curb. They should

be more considerate to people's property.

It just seems that since you receive the large check that Pooltown does not

care for the work that you are putting into the rest of the completion of

the pool.

Trenches were also dug up on 9/29/06 to which passed inspection but how come

no one came back out to fill in the trenches, that is going on 4 weeks.

Don't you care for safety of others.

Today, my pool water is green, as can be, no orientation yet. OK was

scheduled for 10/30/06 but why so late in scheduling. When will the pool get

closed? That too was in the contract and still noone called to make the

appointment, sorry you are waiting for me to call again!

We have to call into you guys all of the time instead of you advising us.

Come on and your company ahs been around for 25 years????

My list just keeps going on and until I get better service from Pooltown I

will not refer anyone to use your company.



This is the complain that I sent to Pool Town and still no one calls to as

leaast see what will make us happy with them!!!!
