Ergo-pedic beds

This company sells beds at home shows. The sales person will tell you anything to get you to order a bed. He told me that they bed was returnable for a full refund. They claim they offer a 30 day sleep trial but the trial begins the day you purchase the bed and not the day you receive it. It it takes them 45 days to deliver the bed, you have lost your sleep trial. When I tried to return the bed to them, they offered me a credit of 29% of the purchase price and I had to pay the shipping. It took 6 phone calls and a fax to get them to call me and then they would not put the details of the return credit in writing.

Do not do business with this company. I have spoken to three different people and they all have a different story.

They all must have a different story. I purchaed a king size adjustable bedroom mattress set in Irvine, California. I have been sleeping on the bed for three years. My husband's side of the bed went out. I called the store and they sent a service man to fix the bed. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought an Ergo-Pedic three years ago. I love it! It is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I bought this bed at the Arizona Fair. Delievry took 4 weeks. That was long, but the wait was well worth it. Best mattress I have ever slept on.
