The customer service at this finance company is terrible. There is a discrepancy over how much my end of lease cost should total. I called their customer service line and received very little help and a lot of attitude. While the difference is not huge (the discrepancy is only $75), its a matter of principle. The woman, who I later was told was the only supervisor, refused to listen to my facts, insisted on sending me information I already had and hung up on me. When I called back I was told she didn't have a supervisor, that she was as high as it goes. This is an obvious lie. When I finally received my payment history (the document she insisted on sending me), it confirmed my position. I then called back and requested the same "supervisor". Despite this was a week later, she got back on the phone with the same poor attitude that she had during our last conversation. Though I used Chase's document she refused to take the time to review her own document and do some very basic math. She ended the conversation with "pay it or don't pay it, I don't care". Her attitude belongs in the unemployment line and shame on Chase Bank for not having directory information accessible for the unsatisfied consumer to reach an educated, responsible supervisor. I will NEVER use Chase Bank again.
