AIR-DECCAN UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Sirs,

On Oct.4, 2006 I booked an Ahmedabad - Pune flight on Air Deccan through my travel agent Odyssey Tours & Travels for Nov.5,2006 paying the full fare of Rs. 2124/-.

Air Deccan cancelled the flight over 2 weeks back and did not have the decency to refund my money.

I am making this complaint after Odyssey Tours & Travels have just informed me that Air Deccan has made no commitment as to when they will issue the refunds.

To say the least, this is preposterous high-handed behaviour and I trust you will take this issue up with The Aviation Minister himself, who freely gives licences to fly-by-night operations.
