tracfone service stinks

I have a tracfone and have been happy with it, so I talked my inlaws into gettting one as well. They are older and don't know how to add minutes etc so I have always done it for them. They also forget about adding airtime a lot and come to me after they forget. Well this time I went to enter the airtime and of course I had to reprogram the phone for a new number since it was expired. I had no problem with that because I know after it expires you are reassigned a new number. Well I went on line and added the airtime and reprogrammed the phone. The airtime was added and I was assigned my new number. Well when I tried a test call I got verizon wirless message that the number I got was not in service. So I called the 1-800 number for Tracfone and got some women that I could hardly understand her so called English and to top it off there was horrible background noise. This lady didn't have a clue what was wrong and kept telling me to try things and make a "test call" Well after about five test calls I used up five minutes of the time I just bought and added. I kept telling her you are using up my minutes and she wouldn't say a word. Then she kept putting me on hold to speak to her superviser I was told. She would come back and tell me to try something else and make another test call. I did what she said and still no luck. Finally she put me on hold and I waited for almost an hour on hold and was finally hung up on. I guess she thought if she couldn't help me she would just ignore me and I would go away. Well I still have a phone with a non working number and am out a bunch of minutes making"test calls" I am cancellling my tracfone as well as my inlaws now because I was treated like crap and am sick and tired of talking to people who can't speak clear language that I can understand!!
