breech of contract/loan

I have been going through hell for over a month with a company called second chance lending group located in New Jersey. This company is full of lies. no one will return a single phone call or message. several times they disconnected me. they state on the internet that they are a loan company who deals with people with not so perfect credit.

This company has put me through hard ache and their blind ignorance is amazing. My hard earn money was given to this company in good faith and i even signed documents stating my loan agreement. now a month later no loan or return call or no refund. I have been lied too and taken advantage of by second chance lending. I have no where to turn. it disturbs me that a company can get away with taking my money and treat me as if I was an ass. the only time they called me is when i told them i can up with the deposited needed to guarantee a loan. twice i given them money and still no loan and i can not reach a person to get my refund. this company has repeatedly lied to me. when I contacted the better business burea they told me that the address i had given via internet was not valid and unless if i have a correct address, they can not help me. I asked the bbb representative is there was something she can do, like a phone call because i had a land line number and the 888 number. she told me again unless i have a correct address nothing can be done. I am to the point of desperation because i had given my monthly allowance for bills to this company and borrowed from a relative because i was told if i came up with more money, it would be appproved. now a month later nothing and when i finally reached someone they lied 3 times and said it was sent and when i called fed ex it was not a valid number. can you please help me. the company is second chance lending group in tenafly new jersey. thier number is 973-794-5727 or 888-310-3350. i have left messages and getting the run around from mike spencer, christina gibbs, kevin, john mckenzie, jody mitchell, stephanie miller, christopher walker and james cullen.

wow sounds like you got into a scam. hope this has worked out for you. might not get your money back but i'd fight them all the way to hades!
