The Name of the Business is best Buy carpe company, they are located in brooklyn and i have tried contacting them and can never get through to them. well my story happened a few years ago when i decided to install a brand new carpet. i found this company through the yellow pages. i spoke to a guy by the name of michael who came into my house and showed me samples of the carpet they had I made my selection and was charged $1000, of which i managed to bring down to $965. I made my selection and decided on what date to install this carpet. A terrible thing happened to my family few days later. i had a terrible fire, and i lost everything. i had just had my son and putting a brand new carpet was a great joy for me. i knew When my son started to crawl, it'll be on a new carpet. well after the fire i finally went back days later to my apartment and realised the carpet had absorbed so much water. well i called Michael from best buy and was told not to worry that they would treat the carpet and store it away for me until i had some where to stay with no time limit given. I saved up whatever was left in a storage. well after a year i called and there was no reply I tried searching on my own,and I found out they were closed. Please help me they left with both my carpet and $965 that i paid with cash. Please help me i have been ripped off. Thanks for your cooperation.
