Here is another complaint for Etronics.com

Their 30 day warranty is false. IU just hung up with them. I bought a phone from them 30 days ago and it just died. It was a 25414re3 4 line phone. The phone died 30 days after purchase. Not the end of the world these things happened. I thought I would call up Etronics for a return so they could ship me a new phone. The woman on the phone told me there is nothing they could do for me.

I would suggest to anybody not to buy any products from this company. Go to a regular store that they stand behind their products. The low price that they offer is great but who cares if you have a problem they won’t stand behind you. I also noticed that Their website does not have a contact number on there. That has got to tell you something. After all what kind of retailer does not want you to get in touch with them. I will tell you which one the one that buys defective merchandise and is just looking to make a quick buck…..
