What does SST stand for? Securing Societies Troubles (Credit Card Debt that is)

How can Providian sell one’s account to anybody/company they feel like and then said company/body can strong arm that

consumer without any recourse, rebuttal or resistance to the New Policy & Procedure they are now governed by.

Such unrealistic rates and interest are now imposed upon the public without any introduction or shortcoming one would naturally occur

when late with a payment?

I can’t wait to finish paying them off so I can toss my SST card into the Boston Harbor!!!!!!!!!!!!
