Hewlett Packard Computers Palo Alto, Calif.

I have a three month old wireless HP laptop. From the first day the wireless section did not work. It will not open Internet Explorer.

It will not download any updates. Such as Windows SP2, I.E. 7 HP updates. It will not create recovery discs. After doing something HP sent the email does not function. I have sent screen shots. I have many emails without solutions as the download will not work. The problems are not solved. Jeff Utigard customer service manager was to call me he has not. I have at least eight emails from HP support about managers calling me. They have not.

I reached a Ms. Neilson, said she is a case manager, advised she could not help. I asked for her supervisor. She advised she is the boss I do not get passed her. Tried HP telephone support as late as yesterday. They put on hold twice. Never came back on either call. I am a t a complete loss as to why HP is this poor on service. They delivered a defective unit. I have a lot of promises. Nothing has been done to fix or replace the computer which cannot be used. I have no idea why a company like HP is acting this way. One person off base can happen. When it's everyone you talk to something seems very wrong with HP. At least I can send this on my desktop. I need the wireless for business. I now have to buy a new computer and either eat the cost or take action against HP.
