Complaint: I wrote Oreck customer service many times last year and the year before…No response!!!

 

I had purchased my son and his new wife an Oreck XL vacuum. They were embarrassed to tell me it had never worked properly. They even took it to an certified Oreck repair store and paid $60 for servicing. It a still has never worked. Oreck has steadfastly ignored my letters. I am mort9fied to have given such a defective gift. I always felt I could count on David Oreck’s integrity, but now I realize he is just a paid actor doing the ads, nothing more. The vacuum, for $360, is a piece of junk and a waste of money! I think other people should know about this.
