This business is a scam!!! They will send you a ceritified letter and want you to call them. That's when they have you. When you give them your account # that's in the letter.I have never owed this company, or dont even know them. There web site is no longer on the computer. They took it off when I told them I was going to report them. I checked it out. I'm sure they will go back on, in anyother name. Be careful! Go's by Tim Hubbard and also ,Larry E Austin in North Carolina.Same person when you call them. Which you know ,they would never use there real name.

I received one of these letters from these guys. What exactly is their scam? Is it to get you to send your mortgage payments to the new company and address that they have on their paperwork?
