NetZero internet connection

NetZero internet connection

NetZero used in my home for personal use only. NetZero's package is distributed at Circuit City as a "One Month Free" trial. I installed it but was only able to use it for one day. There after I was unable to make any kind of connection through the telephone line. Every time I tried to connect I would get this message that the lines were busy. After about a week I cancelled and received a cancelation number. When my bank statement came in there was a deduction of $9.95 for this hook up which was supposed to be a "One Month Free" trial. I didn't even use it for a month. I called NetZero and they tell me that it is not free. Why are they allowed to give out these FREE trial CD's for there connection with it not being FREE? Also how are they allowed to just deduct money from anyone's account like they did mine. They did not have outhorization to do so. If it was to be paid for then why did they give me a cancelation number? This was a "One Month Free" trial. How many times will I have to tell them that. I need my $9.95 back. This is fraud and theft and charges should be brought upon NetZero. If I tried to do such a thing I would be setting in jail right now.

Thank you, William
