MFI Returns

I have recently order and had delivered some bedroom units from MFI.

However, one of the units is too large and imposing for the space and so I

decided to return it. It is unopened and in condition as delivered. MFI

will not accept return under any circumstances and just inform me that I was

given a "charter" explaining this.

What an unbelievable policy: one guaranteed to annoy customers and one that

I had thought had died out 20 years ago. If I had realised this, I would

not have purchased from MFI. I will not go back again but I thought that

other should beware.

I have made many purchases from B&Q and never been treated in this manner.

Is this how MFI treats all it customers.
