I had ordered "The Best of Muppet Babies" and "Duckman" about five months ago and received both at different times.

the Muppet babies package came three weeks later and had contained, on it's other discs, repeats an episode of Star wars Ewoks and Disneys gummi bears. This wasn't as bad as the duckman issue I am STILL having. They had sent me Duckman about six weeks after I placed the order, with Four discs; Two copies of the fourth disc, the second disc and the third disc.

I had promptly sent one of the two copies od disc four back to their address as advised if this problem would occur to replace the disc. I had let the Muppet babies slide, which I shouldn't have, but getting Duckman's disc one was more important at the time. A month had gone by and no word of Duckman Disc One. I had called their number "1-877-7TV- SHOW" tons of times with the machine answering and if the call had gone through, horrible connection with a woman that hardly understood/spoke English. Each time I had explained, either verbally or in email they went on telling me they had sent it. No, sorry I didn't get it. Why does this business constantly change their name? I wonder why? Perhaps it's a trail of complaints from their former customers they seek to erase. Honestly, if one wants to buy RARE DVD media, still the safest place to buy it from would be eBay, and not some mom and pop website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DVD Avenue / TVADDICTS.COM / TVDVDPlanet.com.
