Alitalia refund

: I have been waiting for a refund from Alitalia since May. They cancelled a flight on Oct 7 flight #650. Travelocity Mr. Koenning said they approved the refund and he sent electronically last week. My credit card co told me it takes 24 to 48 hours to send it to my act. It has still not been resolved. I am entitled to this refund and have been waiting since May. This is insane. Can you help me get a refund? the travelocity # is 667375738071. I have filed complaints with the BBB and with the Dept of Transportation. Alitalia should not be allowed to business here if they can't play by the rules. You cannot even reach them to talk to a person over the matter. I think 6 months is plenty long to wait for a refund.
