These guys are a locating service for vending machines. I called originally

and spoke with Jay Baird and had got a good feeling about him and his

company. He seemed concerned about my business and assured me that he would

get my machines placed ASAP. He told me that I would be contacted a couple

of days after he received my contract and deposit. I called him back a week

after he received the contract and deposit and was told by the "Vice

President" that I could not speak with Jay at all. In addition, when I told

the "Vice President" of my disappointment, he proceded to get rude with me.

I am in customer support myself, and if I would have said some of the things

he said to me, I would be fired on the spot. I also asked to have Jay Baird

himself call me back so that I could express my disappointment, and was

basically told that Jay would not call back. So much for "customer service".
