I just noticed my credit card statement is showing that AOL has charged me $14.95 .. and I can't understand why because I don't use AOL or its high speed service! I went to the site and can not locate a customer service number or a mailing address for AOL. I could not even send an email to AOL's customer service because it gives me a message that I have to sign in with a "master" account member name. If I don't have an account with them, why am I being charged? I was able to sign in with my user name I had 10 years ago! What are they doing, going back and reinstating old, closed, accounts? I remember receiving a phone call from one of AOL's soliciters a month or two ago, wanting me to try their new High Speed connection and I distinctly told him I was not interested, I already had a high speed internet service through SBC. I don't know how they got ahold of my credit card number to charge this $14.95 because I certainly did not give it to them. Does anyone out there have a phone number or mailing address for AOL's customer service? It's just unbelievable what these companies are doing to consumers!
