Old Navy Store in Pasadena, Calif..

On October 28th 2006, at 8:45p.m. I was told that the store was closed and the dressing room was closed also.. I said doesn't the store close at 9:00? She Said yes but that they have there clocks set 10 minutes ahead.. The doors were locked at 8:50p.m. with no one able to enter anymore for the evening.. I have worked retail many years and we never closed earlier than closing time without announcing it.. I feel since it was a Saturday nite the employees were anxious to go out for the evening and get rid of the few people shopping.

My experience with this store was not customer service oriented..
