Sears Kenmore wather heater

Water heater - constantly does not work - the pilot goes out and does not go on.

We want someone to come fix it in a reasonable time - like two days not a week, a week with no hot water!

They are a business, there is not a natural disaster - they shoudl be able to support their customers.

Also the pilot is bad and there are loads of complaints online about them so I woudl advise against purchasing one.
