Cingular text messaging service ABUSE

Cingular sending spam text messages out to customers who are paying for the text messaging service, they try selling there products and services.

SPAM messages I am still receiving them. I am keeping track and will pursue legal action if they DO NOT STOP. I am paying for this service and Cingular is abusing my account by SPAMMING me this unwanted CRAP.
