I normally enjoy rustlers range of microwaveable products but today 27-10-06 I bit into one of there chicken burgers and found a feather in there which made me feel ill and also has put doubt in my mind about the hygiene levels at the factory.

What course of action can I take as I am not happy at all that such a big company can do this. I still have the feather in question.
