Mobile contract at CPW

I wish to bring to your attention the frustrating and time consuming experience I have endured with OneStopPhoneShop. I have called OSPS sales team on 23-Oct-2006 around 16.00 and spoke to Andy Lade. I have requested for Nokia N73 on O2 network with 12 month contract. He took all my details and done a credit cheque. He said that he will charge me 2.99 on my bank card for preventing fraud. But when I saw the invoice, it was mentioned as 2.99 for Royal mail Special delivery. After a few seconds, he informed me that O2 has got back to him with a strange offer. When I asked about it, he said that I was offered another contract Motorola L6 with 12 month free line rental after cashback. I rejected the offer and asked him to give only one contract that I initially asked for Nokia N73.

But he kept insisting me for another 5 minutes to take the other contract which I believe is for his own benefit. I actually rejected the offer and also explained him that I already have more than enough contracts and don't want to take another two.

Before I finalise the deal, I took down his name and number which is 01270502743 for my own safety because he sounded fishy. I asked him to repeat the entire contract terms. Then I was told that I am going for only one contract Nokia N73 on O2 network with 12 month contract

What is it that you are actually complaining about!?

It was for personal gain but i don't mind about that, i can sleep at night knowing that my pocket has been graced with commission due to your gullible nature.
