Capital IDEA (Foul Play)

I was a participant of Capital IDEA .Capital IDEA is suppose to lift working families out of poverty by sponsoring educational services that lead to life-long financial independence. Capital IDEA is suppose to help the community by acting as a bridge, connecting committed, yet underemployed people to employers in need of highly skilled workers. Created through the efforts of Austin Interfaith and the Central Texas business community, Capital IDEA is suppose to fund qualified participants’ tuition, books and childcare and work with them to find employment with good salary, benefits and opportunity for career growth. Capital IDEA deals with workforce partners to identify new career-driven curriculum needed to properly educate the next generation of workers.Its noted that the minimum requirements for all participants are to be a resident of Central Texas, 18 or older, Eligible to work in the United States, and the income must be below federal poverty guidelines. I did meet all of the requirements. I had given them all the nessesary information to know about my financial and personal background. I went through this entire process around 2004 but had to wait until my legal issues cleared up before i could proceed. Later i did get the legal matters cleared up and resolved. So then i went through the orientation process again in 2005 and finnally met the requirements 0n 10/06. I was sure that i was on my way to having a better life. I was then denied support from Capital IDEA.
