I would not ever recommend World Saving as a Mortgage company. If you like poor Customer Service and enjoy being LIED to then Word Savings is your bank. World Savings enjoys ripping people off with their prepayment penalty. I was told by a World Representative that I had a prepayment penalty on my loan but it was only for refinancing. I sold (not refinance) my home at month 32 and was slapped with a $3400 prepayment penalty. I inquired and was told that World Savings spoke with their salesman and he was very aware of his product and would never have sold the product that way. My suggestion is to stay AWAY from World Savings.
