I just wheeled my 6 year old Calypso washing machine to the curb. It has

needed repair every year since I bought it for $800 in October, 2000.

In fact, it needed a repared circuit board 1 month after I got. Most

recently, it was repaired 2 months ago.

Today it stopped working and partially flooded my basement, damaging an

expensive Ice Skate sharpener with dripping water.

I can't take it any more. Whirlpool won't help me with this lemon

so...out to the garbage. Only 6 years old.

going shopping now...for ANYTHING BUT WHIRLPOOL!
