Biggest ripoff I have ever heard of. Sounds good until you need to use it. Didn't cover a thing, even Rx. They (Robert Alexander) told me prescriptions would cost $10, $20 or $40 at MOST, only to find out that my prescriptions would cost $58 for 1 generic and more. Then they want you to sign up for Prescription RX for additional amounts. Don't get me started on drs and lab visits. When I called Robert Alexander to complain he was all indignant stating again what he had originally told me and said I was right, but did nothing to correct. When I called back to cancel (12 times in 3 weeks) he has yet to return the first phone call. They still take out $139.95 per month even though I called to cancel within the 30 day trial. Tell everyone to RUN-DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Do NOT Call 1-877-215-2071 unless you want to throw your money away. You get cheaper service if you don't have insurance.
