refund of security

Sir/ mam

I have a complaint regarding refund of security for the two connections i got disconnected.

one connection was on the name of shivali gupta no. 9888090992 which i got disconnected an year back

the other connection was on the name of nilay dey no.9888002899 which i got disconnected two months back

i have not received any check from hutch despite my continous complaints to hutch care-111.

kindly take appropriate action soon
