I am sick of dealing with Sears and more so their credit card company.

Unfortunately, I upgraded my Sears card to a Sears gold card several years

ago. I hardly ever use it but this year I purchased an $88.00 tool box.

When I didn't get a bill, I called the store and was told that nothing was

on my account. I forgot about it, thinking I had used another credit card.

In September I received a call indicating that I owed some ridiculous

amount of $147.00 because of late fees. Even though I never received a

statement and the rep said he would send me one, I still never received it.

After the second caller threatned to ruin my credit (which is excellent) I

immediately paid $96.82 which he said would remedy the issue since he could

see that the mail was returned. All other fees were to be backed off.

Didn't happen!!! I paid an additional $57.13 and told them that I would not

be paying any more of their late fees as they continued to add fees even

while in dispute. I sent this information to Equifax. Well, today I get a

notice that my account was closed at my request but they will continue to

bill me for fees that remain on the account. I paid $153.95 for an $88.00

item. That is enough of this nonsense!!!!
