Cingular

I have recently purchased the Samsung SGH-D807 mobile phone from Cingular Wireless. I am one of thousands to complain about the low volume of the earpiece, but they do not respond. The phone is capable of louder volume through a simple firmware upgrade (which is why I am complaining about Cingular rather than Samsung,) and Cingular's current firmware appears to inhibit the volume. The phone is upgradable over the network, so it wouldn't even require customers to come to the store. They could upgrade right away. Cingular needs to address this!
