AOL cancellation

I cancelled my account in january 2006, 9 month later I received a letter from a collection company for the ammount of 99.95 apperently my account had not been cancelled and my credid card had expired in may as this time after many calls they do not want to take care of this matter.

PLEASE AOL PUT PEOPLE THAT SPEAK INGLISH AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Can not understand your associates.
