1st National Processing

Company: 1st National Processing
Category: Other
1st National Processing credit card services are crooks. If you do not
go over your monthly charges, and they can get away with it, they will
overcharge you each month. I called them time and time again to
rectify mistakes made on my bill. They listened, they were very
accommodating over the phone but never once credited me back a dime. I
moved my company to a different zip code, faxed them twice with an
address change, it was never rectified. To pour fuel on the fire, I
cancelled my account with 1st National Processing last month. I am a
very small one woman operation. I used their service for two days for
the month I cancelled and was charged $9.00 for those two days for two
credit cards charges totalling $200.
I hope that enough complaints against this company come to the surface
because they are getting away with theft from small businesses.
