My husband and I contracted a Construction Company to build us a ground up project.

The company requested to be paid in advance. The project was never completed. The contractor abandon the project did not pay all subcontractors did not obtain the proper permits and inspections. Damaged my property and the horror continues. This contractor

has taken money from at least 10 other homeowners Totaling over 1/2 a million dollars and abandon their projects as well. Please help us to get the word out. I have already contacted

DPOR, Consumer Affairs and the BBB. Although help is yet to come in the future with our complaints on file. This construction company continues to take money from trusting homeowners giving them false hope. In my search for help I have found there is no laws in place to protect homeowners from this type of unethical practice.
