I signed contract on 04/20/06 to replace tile roof with metal roofing (emergency permit by City of Coral Springs) because of tile shortage. Total cost $29,250. Initial deposit $9,750.

July 24-26, 2006 tiles were removed. Plywood added and dry in 30 lb felt. Drip edge all around. Paid second $9,750. Total paid $19,500. Nothing since then.

I had contact with girl in office only. Several phone call unanswered. No response to letter dated 09/18/06 that I handed delivered to their office.

My neighbor has suffered the same plight as I have. I took papers in on two different occasions for completion (for bank and insurance). I Had to leave them and pick them up later. So I thought they would soon come back to finish my job.

Rain is leaking into my roof. Two spots are seen - master bedroom and garage. I told them that in my letter. We have been abandoned.

Thank you for any help you can give me. Any suggestions would be welcomed. I have filed with the State of Florida Licensing Board in Tallahassee, FL and the Better Business Bureau in Southeast Florida.
