HDFC Credit card - Membership Fee

hi guys,

am a holder of HDFC silver credit card. and when I got the card (year back). the person who filled up my form told me that, the card is life time free card. and there will be no membership fee for that. but with the next month bill I charged Rs.750 for Membership. I called HDFC call center and asked about that. they told me that, that is one time fee of life time. I accept it. and I paid them so. but this year, they included membership fee in my monthly statement. I was totally frustrated. and I called the call center and fired them like anything.. and they just said sorry and told me that, they wd cancel the membership amount.

so beware of this kind of cheat. especially in HDFC Credit cards....
