I am manish patel from mehsana at north gujarat india. I have a your company tv set. the model of tv set is Videocon 5505 ctv. Sir i purchase it from your mehsna distributor. the name of distributor is following.

Sir i Purchase my tv set from this stall on 6th April, 2005. Sir your comapny is provide Three Year Warranty on this set. Now i have some heavy problem in my tv set in circuit. I visit the distributor shop. The distributor and service center is not ready to repair this set. i have a warranty period but there are not agree with it becaue they person tell me you have one symbol on the warranty card. The symbol text are following.

my tv set chassessno is : 2250301950

3 years means one year warranty on set & 2 years extended warranty only on colour picture tube.

Sir this is not pre printed test like your other text print in warranty card. I think this symbol is print by Distributor. So sir i have majaor problem.

i attach the photo of warranty card and the symbol.

Please tell me correct solution for my this problem.

i think the distributor and service center are cheat with me.
