Complaint about NCO Financial Services

I recently started to get the phone calls from NCO Financial Services (automated message). I have not talked to anyone yet, just have received the Voicemails telling me that I need to call back to a specific extension (1-800-401-7073 for McIntyre or 1-866-695-3016 for Fritz). Of course when I called both numbers, the Voicemail boxes are full.

One question I have for anyone reading this is if the first time you were getting called, did NCO not say who they were calling for? Is that their way of getting you to call in and then get caught in the mess?
